Order Processing & Production Time

Because our items (apparel, mugs, keychains, and tags) are custom-made, handcrafted, or printed specially for you upon ordering, please allow 1 to 3 business days for production and fulfillment.

Shipping Times & Rates

Standard Shipping (US): Once your item has been produced and shipped, transit time typically takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Sasha World Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipping Delays

We are not liable for any shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, weather conditions, or events outside of our direct control. Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.

We understand how frustrating this can be. While Sasha World Co. is not directly responsible for packages lost, delayed, or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier, we want to help. If your package cannot be located after speaking with the carrier, reach out to us at sashaworldco@gmail.com, and we will gladly offer a 50% courtesy discount or a 50% refund on a replacement order for your items.
