Refund policy

Due to the custom, made-to-order, and print-on-demand nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selections, or change of mind. This policy applies to all apparel, mugs, and personalized items (such as custom keychains and tags).

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at sashaworldco@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please include clear photos of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right by arranging a replacement.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within a short window before they enter production. Once an item has been sent to fulfillment or production, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
